This week I explored a beach that I was not previously aware of. The park is called Arbutus Cove, and I think the specific area of the park I explored is called Havenwood Park. The beach was about a 30-minute walk from the University of Victoria, and when I approached the beach I was blown away by how beautiful it is! The beach was secluded, had a sandy beach, and a breathtaking view of the ocean. This was my favourite exploration thus far and a great way to finish my free inquiry reflection posts!
I really enjoyed my nature explorations throughout the term, as they were a great way to explore Victoria and a fun break from the busyness of homework. I look forward to continuing to explore throughout the summer!
My rating of my nature exploration: 10/10!
- Beautiful view of the ocean
- Relaxing trail to the beach
- Sandy, secluded beach
